CORE PRINCIPLES  

We don’t sell your personal information to anyone, and we don’t ask for your personal information unless we need it as part of the buying/selling process. We appreciate that when you buy from us, you trust us with your information, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

COLLECTION

When you purchase something from our boutique, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you provide your payment information, it is processed by our Payment Processor, Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We don’t store your payment information.

If you join our email list, we collect your email address and may send you emails about our boutique, new products and offers.

When you send us emails or other communications, such as customer support inquiries, we keep those communications and their contents so that we can resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you

When you browse our site we receive information about your activity on and interaction with our site, your IP address, and your device or browser type. This information enables us to analyze how our site is being used, and to track its performance.

CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SQUARESPACE

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. While no service is completely secure, Squarespace has a security team dedicated to keeping your information safe. They employ security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities. Payment information is transmitted using HTTPS encryption, and they maintain a PCI DSS certification.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
